Pallab Sen is reimagining how enterprise Finance functions operate, leading Genpact’s global effort to bring autonomous, reasoning AI agents into the heart of financial operations. With nearly two decades of experience architecting large-scale Finance transformation, he has guided organizations from foundational process redesign through modern technology implementations to today’s frontier of Agentic AI.
As Vice President at Genpact, Pallab has led enterprise Finance transformations that move beyond automation toward outcomes-based partnerships, fundamentally shifting how organizations approach their most critical financial operations. He championed the early integration of AI capabilities into Finance delivery and established proof-of-value frameworks now adopted across the industry. His path reflects deep roots in Finance transformation: nearly a decade at PwC advising C-suite clients on reimagining their finance and accounting processes for efficiency and strategic value, followed by several years at Cognizant modernizing Finance transformations, and now at Genpact, where he builds the assessment methodologies and digital roadmaps that help organizations navigate their AI transformation journeys.

Pallab holds a Master’s degree in Business Management (Finance and Systems) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Kalyani. He has also completed executive education in Artificial Intelligence at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
