Molly Mecham is a seasoned business executive with extensive experience in technology, SaaS, and consumer markets. She currently serves as Vice President of Sales Acceleration at UiPath, where she leads cross-functional go-to-market strategy and execution, enabling growth and transformation at scale. She also serves as an Executive Sponsor of UiPath’s Women in Automation Council, fostering inclusion, innovation, and career advancement across regional councils. Molly has also served in leadership roles at Salesforce, helping drive industry-wide growth strategies. Earlier in her career, she led digital product, customer experience, and marketing strategies across leading retail brands, as well as consulting independently for major consumer brands. She is deeply committed to inclusive leadership, serving as Executive Sponsor of UiPath’s Women in Automation Council and mentoring MBA and undergraduate students at the University of Colorado Boulder – Leeds School of Business.
