Lionel Liniger is Senior Vice President of North America Sales at Workday. In this role, he is responsible for leading Workday’s revenue growth strategy across the region and scaling high-performing, customer-focused go-to-market teams.

Lionel joined Workday in 2018 and brings more than 25 years of experience in enterprise cloud software. Prior to Workday, he spent 17 years at Oracle, where he most recently served as Group Vice President for Enterprise ERP, leading sales across the High Tech, Communications, Media, and Life Sciences industries. He began his career at KPMG Audit.

Lionel holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting and in French from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
