Customer Success Officer & EVP, Oracle Customer Success Services

Gary Miller is the Customer Success Officer for Oracle and executive vice president of Oracle Customer Success Services, whose primary objective is to accelerate success and deliver outcomes for Oracle customers. Oracle Customer Success Services helps educate customers through Oracle University, innovate their business with cloud and AI service adoption, support their implementations, and help operate their critical environments (on-premises, cloud, hybrid, and multicloud). The mission of Oracle Customer Success Services is to help customers efficiently achieve their transformational goals.

Gary is dedicated to driving and executing a customer-centric, services-led strategy that enables every customer and partner—including Oracle’s largest enterprise global clients—to succeed by forging deep relationships and using Oracle technologies and solutions with full lifecycle offerings and unified delivery and support.

Gary was previously the executive vice president and general manager of Advanced Customer Services, a global organization responsible for supporting more than 6,000 companies across 100 countries and their mission-critical environments. Before that, he was the senior vice president of Global Business Operations Customer Services and was responsible for driving strategy, policy, pricing, acquisitions, risk management, strategic resource planning, and day-to-day operational management.

Gary graduated from Oxford University with a First Class Honors Degree in Laser and Solid State Physics. After Oxford, he completed the Executive Leadership General Management Program at Harvard Business School, which seeded his leadership and passion for helping Oracle customers succeed through innovation with Oracle solutions. He is also an advocate for mental health and well-being and is involved with improving innovations in prosthetics to improve people’s mobility and the quality of their lives.
